On the final night of all M&I events, we host an Awards to celebrate the exceptional buyers and suppliers who contribute to the success of our events.
The Awards serve a dual purpose; it’s all in the spirit of friendly competition but it’s also to encourage the highest performance from every supplier over the course of the event.
And this November we are excited to introduce new supplier award categories, which will debut at M&I VIP Costa Mujeres, Mexico.
These new awards are designed to recognize what makes a supplier stand out in the eyes of our buyers, highlighting the qualities that define excellence and set top suppliers apart.
Our new supplier awards will run alongside our existing buyer awards categories.

This award recognizes the supplier who delivers the most compelling and engaging presentation. It honors those who showcase their offerings with clarity, passion, and an undeniable spark that captures the attention and interest of buyers.
This category is reserved for the supplier who presents an outstanding venue. Whether it’s a focus on stunning aesthetics, exceptional facilities, or unique atmosphere, this award celebrates venues that leave a lasting impression.
This special award is for an unexpected gem – a supplier that offers something new, interesting, or unexpectedly exciting. They uncovered a standout service or product that buyers didn’t anticipate.
Within the Wyred app, which houses all of our event information, votes can be cast throughout the event. Each buyer is invited to tap the Thumbs Up (the meeting was good) or Thumbs Down (the meeting was bad) buttons under each of their meetings – it’s as easy as that!
If the meeting was good and the buyer has selected the Thumbs Up option, they can then decide to nominate the supplier for any number of the categories available. The buyer can also select multiple suppliers for each category.
The supplier with the most nominations in each category will take the award at our coveted ceremony on the last night of the event.

The winners of these categories will be decided thanks to the ratings submitted by suppliers after each meeting, also using the Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down buttons within the Wyred app.

The M&I Forum experience streamlined into two impactful days
Open your property up to a new range of events and opportunities by taking advantage of an online assessment created by our event partner, Healthcare Venues, which will determine if your venue is capable of hosting healthcare meetings and events.
If your property passes, you’ll receive Healthcare Venue certification, verifying you to our buyer network as a specialist healthcare venue.
