Which suppliers attend your events?
M&I Flagship, M&I Express, M&I Fest Global and M&I Transatlantic cater to a broader spectrum of MICE suppliers; such as high-quality venues, hotels, conference centres, destinations, and DMCs while our specialist Forums cater to specific MICE niches.- M&I Healthcare: Healthcare-certified venues

Can I bring a colleague?
Some of our events allow two delegates from the same company to attend, provided they are each attending their separate prescheduled meetings. This is dependent on the size of the event, the event capacity, and whether you handle different clients. You can also pay for your colleague to attend the event. This is subject to availability and must be discussed with your Account Manager.
Can I see which suppliers are attending before the event?
Please contact your Account Manager for a sample list of suppliers attending the Forum you’re interested in.
Your hosted buyer package
What is covered in the hosted buyer package?
As part of the hosted buyer package, you will receive accommodation for the duration of the event, flight allowance, access to all networking dinners, evening activities and fully hosted lunches, prescheduled meetings and the opportunity to choose from a range of destination discovery activities.
Your application
I can’t confirm now, can you hold a space for me?
We cannot reserve any spaces, guestlist operates on a first–come–first–served basis.
Your Event
Do I have to stay for the whole event?
It’s important you stay for the whole event – this ensures you get the maximum value from the event experience and can meet with the widest selection of properties possible both within your scheduled meetings, and during shared experiences and social evenings.
I’m local, can I just come for the meetings part?
You have to stay for the duration of the event. This ensures you get the maximum value from the event experience and can meet with the widest selection of properties possible during shared experiences and social evenings outside your meeting schedule. However, if this is not possible for you, get in touch with your Account Manager.
Do you book my travel to and from the event?
As part of the hosted buyer package, you will receive a travel allowance which can be put towards flights or trains, to and from the event. Hosted buyers can arrange their own travel and submit it for reimbursement. Please note that outbound travel to your local airport and train station isn’t covered.
Where can I find the event schedule?
Please contact your Account Manager to receive a provisional event schedule. Once you are confirmed for an event you will receive Forum-specific communications and access to our event platform, Wyred, before the Forum itself where you can find all event programme details, the activities you can choose from and more information on social functions.
Are there any pre or post FAM Trips?
FAM trips are available at some of our events, please contact the Buyer Experience team or your Account Manager for more information.
