M&I Supplier Airport Transfers terms and conditions

Here’s everything you need to know about your airport transfers with m&i. If you have any questions, our Customer Experience team is always here to help.

General transfer terms and conditions

• Transportation is provided exclusively on the official arrival and departure days of the event, as communicated in our update emails.
• Transfers operate only between our recommended airports and the event’s host hotels.
• Transfers are not private and may be shared with other delegates.
• It is your responsibility to provide your flight information by the deadline of 4 weeks before the start of the event. Failure to provide this information on time may result in your transfers not being organised for you.
• Whether your transfer is included in your m&i package or purchased as an add-on, your booking is confirmed once we have received your travel details.

Service cost

• Airport transfer fee corresponds to a group round-trip service. It is only possible to purchase a round trip. A small processing fee may apply, charged by our secure payment provider Stripe, in addition to the above transfer cost.
• The standard airport transfer fee is 80 GBP but please note that cost exceptions apply for certain events as noted under the Event-Specific Details section.
• The airport transfer service fee is non-refundable. If you do not use the provided arrival or departure transfer, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Transfer to another colleague

• If you are no longer the person attending the event, the booked transfer bundle can be transferred to another colleague within your organisation.
• Please inform us as soon as possible if you are no longer the person attending the event. It is important that the person replacing you shares their flight details before the deadline (4 weeks before the event) so we can rearrange the service accordingly.

Event-specific details

• Please note transfers are not available for purchase at M&I Luxe Venice & Jamaica (only available bundled with accommodation), M&I Expo, M&I Flagship Stockholm and M&I Healthcare Brighton.
• Cost of a round-trip transfer at M&I Flagship Nashville and M&I Luxe Jamaica is 150 USD.
