As part of the hosted buyer package, you will receive accommodation for the duration of the event, flight allowance, access to all networking dinners, evening activities, and lunches, prescheduled meetings, and the opportunity to choose from a range of destination discovery activities. 

We cannot reserve any spaces. Our guestlist operates on a firstcome, firstserved basis. 

It’s important that you stay for the entire event – this ensures you get maximum value from the event experience and can meet with the widest selection of properties, both within your scheduled meetings, and during shared experiences and social evenings. 
You have to stay for the entire duration of the event. This ensures you get maximum value from the event experience and can meet with the widest selection of properties during shared experiences and social evenings outside your meeting schedule. However, if this is not possible for you, please get in touch with your Account Manager. 
As part of the hosted buyer package, you will receive a travel allowance which can be put towards flights or trains to and from the event. Hosted buyers can arrange their own travel and submit it for reimbursement. Please note that travel to and from your local airport or train station isn’t covered. 
Please contact your Account Manager to receive a provisional event schedule. Once you are confirmed for an event you will receive Forum-specific communications and access to our event platform, Wyred, where you can find all the programme details, information on social functions, and choose your activities.  
FAM trips are available at some of our events. Please contact the Buyer Experience team or your Account Manager for more information.

Open your property up to a new range of events and opportunities by taking advantage of an online assessment created by our event partner, Healthcare Venues, which will determine if your venue is capable of hosting healthcare meetings and events.

 If your property passes, you’ll receive Healthcare Venue certification, verifying you to our buyer network as a specialist healthcare venue.
